Dye Penetrant Inspection
We offer Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) on-site or at our facility using either of the following two primary techniques:
Fluorescent Inspection Technique:
This method is an effective way for inspecting large quantities of components using high sensitivity levels to detect the smallest of defects.
Colour Contrast Technique:
Offering portability and ease of use, the colour contrast inspection method requires minimal equipment while delivering reliable results.
DPI also known as Liquid Penetrant Inspection, is used for the detection of surface breaking flaws such as cracks, porosity, forging laps and other discontinuities.
This non-destructive testing method is versatile, making it the ideal choice for a wide variety of applications such as castings, forgings, and welds. Whether you’re dealing with non-ferrous and ferrous components that are difficult to inspect with other methods, DPI can be applied.
We can work with you based on these techniques to your requirements.
